"Rock the Box" ( http://rockthebox.com/)  is coming to the Hudson Valley.  This series of Box Lacrosse tournaments are being sponsored by Reebok and the NLL.  20 cities are sponsoring tournaments which will culminate with the National Rock the Box Championship at the Walt Disney Wide World of Sports in Orlando, FL in January of 2011.
 
We are fortunate to have one of the sites be at Fox Lane High School on July 24th and 25th. Fox Lane HS is conveniently located 1/4 mile off Route 684 in Bedford, NY.
 
The Rock The Box Tournament Tour is available to both genders of almost all ages. Each tournament event consists of two one-day tournaments. The tournament will be broken down by age group with Under-9, Under-11, Under-13, Under-15, High School Gold, High School Silver, Open (College/Club), and Over-33 (Men's Masters only).  Each gender and age group will compete for a city wide championship and an invitation to the National Rock The Box Championship at the Walt Disney Wide World of Sports in Orlando, FL on January of 2011.
 
The tournament will be loads of fun featuring fast action in a 40x24 yard "box". There will be 6 "boxes" set up for continuous action.
